Board take decisive action following CQC inspection…..
After our recent CQC inspection, we were pleased that in all areas bar one the findings highlighted by the Inspector were positive. We were extremely disappointed to find that in the area of medication management we had not always met the standards of care required and acknowledged our deficiency. However, we have taken immediate positive and decisive action to remedy this situation. The CQC have already made reference to the steps we have taken in their full report (pages 6,7 and 12).
