Training
Here at New Dawn Care we are dedicated to developing all employees from the most junior to the chief executive. We believe passionately that our success will be dependant on the formation of a strong team to run our business.
People make the difference and we bring this belief alive by the investment we make in our staff through our training and development programmes. We also support staff through day release and sponsorship to achieve job related accredited professional qualifications. We know how important it is for new employees to feel part of the team and confident in their new role at the earliest opportunity.
A structured induction programme is in place to support all new employees during the first few months with the company. After your induction period, your development is just starting. Your training needs continue to be regularly reviewed, with a wide variety of subject matters available to develop your skills further.
New Dawn Care continually looks at how it can improve on what it does and will quickly respond when it needs to change. In this context we expect our employees to be proactive in their thinking as to how our services can be improved upon. We believe that training is key to ensuring that all staff are kept up to date with current practices by providing them with the skills and knowledge they require to do the job.
