October 2009 Update

Over the last few months we have managed to secure nearly 83% of the funding required to build out the Care Centre, the final phase of our development.  Together with the Bank we have sat down with two potential investors for the remaining £500,000 needed.  However, we are also looking at taking on smaller investors of £50,000 and £100,000 investments with a guaranteed return of up to 25% within 30 months of drawdown in order to get the project moving forward.

With the knowledge that most care homes in a 25 miles radius have a waiting list for bed spaces, you can imagine our frustration at not being able to get over the final fund raising hurdle in order to offer our services to meet local need.  Not only will we create up to 60 new jobs in South Shropshire and invest over half a million pounds into the local community we will create up to 100 jobs in the building trade over the 12 month build period.
