August 2009 Update
Despite the recession we have or are about to complete on four bungalow sales before the end of the year and are still having viewings and sending out sales literature. We have had a busy year keeping up with mowing the lawns to the half acre gardens and look forward to Autumn when we can continue to dig over the flower beds and plant up some more areas.
We are delighted to see the interest various residents have taken in areas of the communal gardens close to their properties with bulbs, shrubs and even strawberries being planted and maintained.
As our domiciliary care and support business grows we will see more funds available to complete the half acre gardens, but in the meantime we continue with our efforts to keep them tidy and weed free.
