  • There comes a time in life when we think about our future, downsizing, possible care needs etc and we believe New Dawn Care can offer a solution.
  • Our village offers independent properties; bungalows are sold freehold and apartments leasehold  with the only covenant different to normal purchases being the resale must be to someone aged 50 or over or in need of adult care.
  • We have three bedroom bungalows and two bedroom apartments available for rent if they have an associated ‘care package’ attached.
  • We offer a safe and secure environment for our residents centred around a half acre of landscaped gardens all set within a cul-de-sac and a footpath link to the town centre and railway station.
  • With over 30 people already living at Roman Downs, a strong social environment has been developed. A core group organise at least one social event a month, plus different groups participate in events outside the development. A bus collects and drops off residents from the site to Church Stretton for swimming on Monday mornings.
  • By owning or renting your own property we believe that most people can avoid going into full time care through buying in personal care as and when it is needed. New Dawn Care will have staff on site 24 hours a day to meet needs as they arise. You only pay for the services you use.
  • Should you go on holiday and wish us to provide services whilst you are away such as lawn mowing, removing post, cleaning etc then we will work with you in establishing and meeting your needs.
