Location
The village is located to the West of Craven Arms in South Shropshire, off Clun Road (B4368) and Watling Street. The site has panoramic views and is designed to optimise these views for all residents. There will also be a half acre landscaped garden area with water features strictly for use by the village residents.
Craven Arms is in the heart of rural South Shropshire and is currently undergoing significant development and regeneration under the Market Towns Initiative Scheme where it has received and continues to receive priority funding for development in keeping with the area of natural beauty.
Ideally located within half an hour or less, of Ludlow, Bridgnorth, Church Stretton, Bishop's Castle, Shrewsbury, Telford and Clun. There is a railway station in the heart of the town with direct links to Chester, South and Central Wales.
