We are a dynamic new company with potential for growth.
Going forward, our ambition is to deliver sustainable growth. We have the strength of finances, we now need the people to deliver.
Our care village is different and offers facilities beyond any standard care home such as:-
- A 5* hotel environment rather than a traditional care home within in a care village which offers facilities far beyond the norm.
- A central landscaped garden area of over an acre as a centre piece for the whole village.
- Designed with the client and employee in mind by making best use of the latest technology and equipment.
- We will have a 62 seated restaurant and bar for use by residents and village occupants which overlook Japanese gardens and water features.
- We will also have a Library and Hairdressers salon, which can also be used for chiropody and reflexology.
- The working environment will be light, bright and airy set in the beautiful South Shropshire countryside.
- We wish to create an invigorating environment with regular activities and outings.
- We develop trends rather than follow them and are pioneering the care village concept for independent living.
- This is our first care village with more to come and therefore opportunities for ambitious individuals.
- We recognise the need for variable shift working and wherever possible would be prepared to accommodate a variance of hours to suit the employee and the business.
