Village Care Agency – Available Now!
We offer peace of mind and a bespoke personal service to village residents where staff will be on site 24 hours a day fostering a sense of community whilst maintaining dignity, independence and quality of life. We also travel to Ludlow and Church Stretton to deliver bespoke care packages at competitive rates.
Everything at Roman Downs will revolve around superb service with the emphasis on treating each person as an individual. We’re confident that our range of accommodation, luxury facilities and bespoke care packages will meet your needs now and into the future.
Our professional and highly trained team of domiciliary care and support staff will deliver:
- Individually tailored care packages to you into your home
- A full range of services from domestic support, lawn mowing, gardening and shopping to full personal care
- 30 minute and 1 hour calls, or multiples thereof
Supported Living Package – Available Now within Roman Downs
Our village staff will:
- Visit you each morning to ensure that you are well and that you have had your breakfast
- Make your bed, changing linen as appropriate
- Ensure that you are aware of any activities or trips taking place that day
- Check on your mealtime arrangements
- Call on you twice a week to conduct a more thorough clean of your home and to assist you with your personal laundry
The above assumes that you can manage most of your day to day living requirements. If you cannot, don’t worry, we can offer extra care via our Village Care Agency with a package tailored to meet your personal needs.
