Care Centre Bedrooms plus En-Suites
Oak Lodge will provide 5 star accommodation, with high levels of care for everyone and is surrounded by landscaped gardens, overlooking a recognised area of outstanding natural beauty.
Each person will have their own room with en-suite, with either patio doors to the ground floor or ‘Juliet’ style balcony to the first floor Close Care apartments, providing views over the Shropshire Hills.
Residents have the choice of bringing their own furniture for their room or they can be furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, lockable bedside cabinet, 2 easy chairs, mirror, lamp and over-bed adjustable table. Each room will have a direct dial telephone, I.T point for internet access and access to Sky Digital and/or Digital TV.
There is a restaurant seating 62 people, incorporating a lounge/bar area for residents, families and guests. During warmer months meals and drinks can be taken on the terrace within the Japanese gardens.
Oak Lodge will provide a focal point for the Care Village, with themed evenings in the restaurant, concert evenings in the Japanese garden, film nights and other activities for the Village community where safety and security are paramount.
Access to the site will be monitored by CCTV and entrance to non-public rooms of Oak Lodge will be via a keypad/swipe-card entry system.
